SMS Plumbing & Heating LLC.

Had SMS P&H during our generator hook-up. They were excellent. I needed a new, higher toilet for my bathroom and Steven was very accommodating. Great work and clean up too.

SMS Plumbing installed a whole house Generac generator at my home. I had many conversations with Stephen prior to contracting with him and his crew. He was very patient and accommodating in all respects. I asked for multiple references and specifically wanted one where the homeowner already had propane installed to understand the implications from the homeowner perspective. All of the references were glowing and highly recommended SMS. And now I know why. On the day of the install, Stephen and his crew came and quickly went about their business. They were fast, efficient, and completed the install in a day and left the area immaculate Stephen even arranged for the town inspector to complete his inspection on the same day so my home was ready for any emergency. Stephen also did all the registration for me with Generac for the warranty and set up the biweekly schedule for the automatic testing of the generator to ensure all is in working order. Three weeks after the install we experienced a power outage. It had barely registered with me that the power had gone out when I heard the generator automatically kick in. It was totally seamless and my home remained comfortable throughout the power outage. I would definitely recommend SMS for installation of a whole house generator and other plumbing needs.
