Mark did a great job on my leach field replacement; he built a "Geomatrix" field that uses a time proven method of stone and sand layered side to side which I hope should last a very long time. The sanitarian inspector that inspected the install said Mark was one of the better installers.

It’s unfortunate that I can only give 5 stars!! I really can’t say enough good things about our experience with Mark and his team at Snow Septic Repair. I made a panicked call when our septic appeared to be malfunctioning, and he was out the same day!! He explained the problem thoroughly, gave us a very fair estimate for a replacement, and every step of the way kept us informed. We knew when he would arrive, what was being done each day, even when and if the driveway would be blocked. When the job was finished, they went the extra mile and left our yard in better condition than it was before they started the job. One day I even saw Mark replacing some loose stones in an old retaining wall along the driveway – which had absolutely nothing to do with the septic! Mark and his team were meticulous, kind, hard-working and I enthusiastically recommend them!!

I'm very pleased with the work that Mark and Anthony did at my home. They replaced my crumbling old tank with a new one and improved my septic system to give it many more years of life. Mark is easy to work with, kept me informed every day on his planned work and schedule, and made sure everything was in good order before they completed the job. And the price was fair and appropriate for the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend them!
