Redi Rooter Septic Services handles septic work, and it holds 3.7 stars from 21 Google ratings. A 2024 customer said they call them every time they need their septic serviced. A 2024 customer who was selling their home said Dan pumped the tank, then provided a camera inspection and written report that same day, after a second company could not. A 2023 customer said he came out for an emergency situation. A 2022 customer said he showed up on the day he was supposed to, put in extra work and did not charge extra. A 2025 customer said the company showed up late, could not do the job and never got back in touch about rescheduling. A 2023 customer said no one came to their appointment and their messages were not returned. A 2023 customer said they called another company after 7 weeks of texts and calls. A 2022 customer said Redi Rooter promised three times to come out for a repair on a system it had installed 2.5 years earlier, still under warranty, and never showed up or called to cancel.
Doesn't answer the phone. Showed up late, couldn't do the job. Was going to reschedule for a later date. Never heard from them again. Got tired of calling. Using a different company

Used Redi Rooter before. When you make an appointment, he shows up on time, gets the job done, keeps everything clean, and I highly recommend his service's
Several things to note: 1. Used this service after it was donated as part of a charity event (kudos to the community involvement). 2. Dan responded right away to our home and pumped the tank (for free). 3. We're selling our home and additionally asked for a camera inspection and written report indicating how our system was running. Dan provided this information, that day, after a second company could not. 4. Dan followed up and offered to review the report with us and/or the new homeowners. I see some reviews indicating poor response times, but we got exceptional response and service. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for our next home.
Highly recommend. I had an emergency situation, he came out right, went above and beyond to fix the problem. Great customer service and great company! Will definitely use them again!
