Snyder Pools and Spas sells, installs and services swimming pools, hot tubs, spas and saunas from its Westminster, Massachusetts location, and the company says it has installed pools and spas since 1978. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry. A recent customer had a fiberglass pool put into a backyard with lots of ledge and excavation, and said the job was done in a few days with pricing that was clearly explained. That customer said Doug Snyder taught them how to care for and maintain the pool after the install. A recent customer who had a pool liner replaced said the replacement team was professional and the quote competitive. After a fiberglass install, a recent customer said two men, Josh and Tyler, helped set up the pool's app and explained why the pool loses water. A 2024 customer said a third-party installer had left their Radiant pool with too little sand and concrete. That 2024 customer said Snyder's crew spent at least a week breaking down the original cement and re-pouring it, providing the labor and a pool pad at no charge while the customer paid for a new liner, cement and sand. A 2024 customer said the pool cover was on back order on delivery day and still had not arrived by September. A 2024 customer with an inground pool on the Cape said Snyder told them it does not service that far out, even for a new install the customer said was under warranty. A 2021 customer said a prepaid closing appointment was missed and no one called.

They are incredibly thorough, responsive and an all around pleasure to work with to make your pool dreams come true! We undertook a massive backyard renovation and ironically enough the pool install was the quickest and easiest part of the process thanks to Snyder Pools. We had a tricky install with lots of ledge and excavation. But they’re able to knock the job out in just a few days, installing a beautiful fiberglass pool. They are family-run company, and everyone was down-to-earth and accessible for questions before, during, and after the install. Pricing was fair and clearly explained to us with no major surprises. Doug Snyder was super helpful post install teaching us how to care for and maintain our pool. If you’re in the market for a fiberglass pool, I’d highly recommend Snyder!
