Coversafe - Automatic Pool Cover Installation, Maintenance, and Repair

A pool cover that would not line up when fully opened was the subject of a May 2026 Google review of Coversafe. The customer said Chance diagnosed and corrected the problem, then carried out annual maintenance that included cleaning the cover and applying a UV protective coating. The customer said the cover looked new again. Coversafe has a Shrewsbury location on Memorial Drive. Its website describes automatic pool cover installation for new and existing pools, maintenance, repairs and fabric replacement through a business with multiple locations. Google lists a 4.6-star average from 14 ratings. Other recent customers describe service visits and help with cover care. An April 2026 reviewer praised Chance for cleaning and servicing their cover. In July, a customer said the worker went over what they needed to do between service appointments. Another April reviewer praised the service and warranty care they received from the technicians. An older Google review, posted in June 2025, named Sergio and Ryan as the workers who serviced the customer’s pool cover at home and praised their professionalism. In an April 2025 review, a first-time customer credited area leader Sergio Arroyo with ensuring their cover worked properly. Service availability has also drawn criticism. In an August 2024 Google review, a customer said a bracket broke a year after their cover was installed and that they then learned Coversafe did not service their area. They reported that the company handling service for that area could only suggest scheduling the following week, leaving the cover unable to open. A September 2024 reviewer praised the workers once on site but said response time could be affected by technician availability.
