Celio and his team did an amazing and thorough job for our small project. They were easy to work with and provided very fair and competitive pricing. Celio Vicente and his company did a superb job for us. He first completed a 4 season extension in my home. He then build an entire new house construction from scratch, putting together multiple subcontractors, from excavation to framing, engineering, insulation, internal decoration etc. He completed the entire house in record time (7 months). He works like a machine and sticks to his word and to the agreed price. I highly recommend him.

We hired Socel to repair our triple decker back porches and they did an amazing job. They kept us informed the whole time, were transparent about additional issues that popped up and all the options we had to address the problem. They showed up early and worked very hard all day to get the work done. They cleaned the construction site and were generally just a great crew to have around and talk with. The final results were excellent, we are super happy with our new porches. I would 100% recommend them and plan to reach out to them again for any future work our condo might need.
