That site, now branded SoftPro One Solutions, describes a property-services company that pressure-washes and soft-washes houses, paints inside and out, and takes on residential and commercial remodeling, with a stated territory running from Amesbury through Newburyport, Salisbury, Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence, Andover and North Andover. On Angi the pitch is narrower and probably closer to the day job: residential and commercial powerwashing, seven projects posted, free estimates, no warranties, no emergency calls. So the questions ask themselves. Recent work is the gap — ask for addresses from this season, not 2023, and ask which of the three lines of business (washing, painting, remodeling) the crew doing your job actually spends its weeks on. Since Angi records no warranty, get whatever guarantee you're offered written into the estimate. For a straightforward house or driveway wash in the Merrimack Valley from a registered outfit, SoftPro is a reasonable call. Just don't read the perfect Angi average as a track record — it rests on two short comments from three years ago.
