- Customer communication — April and May 2025 reviews praised communication
- Competitive bid — a May 2025 condo-association reviewer praised the price
Cedar-shingle cleaning is the work customers described for Softwash Solutions in 2025. In an April Google review, a customer said Raven and Mason soft-washed shingles installed in 1986 and made them look like new. That customer also praised Raven’s follow-up and communication. A May 2025 reviewer described choosing Raven from three vendors bidding to clean exterior shingles at a Provincetown condo association. The reviewer said he called back immediately, came out the next day to provide a bid, and stayed in regular contact until the work took place. They described his bid as competitive and said he offered two cleaning options depending on the desired look. After the work, the reviewer said the shingles looked like new and that Raven also investigated for bad wood and spot-treated. The work extended beyond shingles. In a July 2024 Google review, a customer said Raven soft-washed and power-washed decks, a fence and furniture, leaving them looking as good as new. An October 2024 reviewer also praised the results and said they intended to hire him again. Google lists a 5-star average from four ratings.

Raven was one of 3 vendors to bid on our condo association property in Provincetown to soft wash the exterior shingles. He was the only vendor on the outer cape to call me back immediately, came out the next day to provide a bid and communicated on a regular basis until the date of execution. He is fully licensed and insured which is required by our Assoc. He also offers two options of cleaning depending on desired look. His bid was very competitive. We chose him for all of the above reasons only to find out he was a local area football standout who made a success of himself with his soft wash company. The results speak for themselves. The shingle looks like new. He also investigated for bad wood, spot treated and has referrals for a lot more. You will not be disappointed by selecting Raven for ALL your soft wash needs.

Raven and Mason did a wonderful job soft washing my cedar shingles. Shingles were installed in 1986 and now look like new. Also, what was important was his follow up and great communication. Many well meaning contractors and businesses do not follow up or return texts or phone calls. That is one of Ravens assets. Highly Recommend his company.
