JBL Drain Specialist

I had a terrible experience with this plumbing service that I must warn everyone about. My tenant had a drainage issue and I needed an immediate solution. I reached out to JBL Drain who promised to come the very next morning at 7am. The next morning I rearranged the schedule and waited until 9 am, but there was no sign of the plumber. I sent him a text to check if he was still coming. He responded by claiming he had a family emergency but guaranteed he would be there the following day by 8am right in front of the apartment. Unfortum8 Unfortunately just like before, he failed to keep his word. Despite numerous calls and text messages, he remains unresponsive and didn't bother to inform me of any delays or cancellations. How unprofessional and irresponsible this plumber's behavior was. This is by far the worst service I hve ever had from any service company. Its infuriating and incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of work ethic and consideration for customers. I strongly advise against hiring this company for any plumping needs. Dealing with them is nothing but stress and a complete waste of time. ,

Horrible! They came 3 days ago and pretended to unclog sewer drain pipe with innovative method. What was that method? Flushing water thru the drain. Yes, I and kidding. They used our garden hose to assist them with this task. Needless to say, it did not work. Yes, sure, they gave 30 days paper warrantee. Sorry, text message warrantee. No paper. I called them yesterday, they tired to blame rain, then town of Framingham, then God forces, etc.. When all objections were overcome, they promised to come today and properly "snake" they drain pipe and "bring their camera with them". I guess other camera was too heavy, or snake got lost on the way to fulfill their warrantee obligations, they did not show up. Morale? Kick out every XXXX who will tell you they do not accept credit cards. You now why, right, because they know you can hold them accountable. If any tradesman asks you to pay cash or check only, call the next one.

Job wasn’t done right the fist time, which I could forgive, if he actually showed up when he said he would to address issue. Not responsive and if does respond saying he’ll show up, he doesn’t. The one time he showed up, he wasn’t prepared and said he ordered part but never returned with part to fix issue. Terrible service and would not recommend. Had to YouTube to see how to fix issue.

My garbage disposal clogged over the weekend so I called JBL. They were able to instruct me on how to clear the drain and reset the disposal without coming to my house or charging me. Will definitely use them in the future!

Richie made a lot of promises that he never kept. The work he did was not up to code, and was incomplete. He promised he'd come back and fix it and that his work was a lifetime guarantee, but I couldn't even get him to finish the job. He told me his father died of COVID (though facebook tells me otherwise) which is why he was behind on work, so I took sympathy and let him reschedule a few times, but still he never came and finished the work. I have tried to seek out ways to stop him from scamming others, and cannot find a way to stop him. I have found many others on YELP that he has also scammed and we are all trying to get our money back from him.
