Source One Lands Management is based in Hudson, MA. It describes its work as custom design, build, and repair projects and maintenance needs. In a 2017 review, a customer wrote that for a complete front yard renovation, "G" listened to what they were looking to achieve and presented a design, and the job included a total landscape overhaul plus construction of a retaining wall, walkway, and front landing. That 2017 customer wrote that he and his team were there every day, checking in each day. In a separate 2017 review, a customer wrote that the job took longer than expected but did look nice, and that the home was left a mess, with concrete dust on the bushes. That 2017 customer also wrote that he said he would come back for a quote on the rocks and never made contact again, and that no credit was given for prep work the customer did, including removing tile.
It took longer than expected but it did look nice. However, they left our home a mess. The bushes were recovered in concrete dust. He also said he would come back for a quote on the rocks and never contacted us again. After the quote was given, we did all the prep work for them as well as removing tile and no credit was given.
We spoke to three area companies to get quotes and ideas for a complete front yard renovation. Source One was, by far, the right choice. We worked with "G" from start to finish... he listened to what we were looking to achieve and presented a fantastic design. He and his team were here everyday and took their time to get things right, checking in with us each day to make sure we were happy with the way things were turning out. Our experience and the end result was worth every penny. We had a total landscape overhaul in addition to construction of a beautiful retaining wall, walkway, and front landing.
