Its BBB page describes a retail paint center with flooring, kitchen and bath cabinets and window treatments, and says design and installation are available. A 2024 customer said Mark and his contractor teammates installed a new walk-in shower, a total rework. A 2022 customer wrote that the upstairs primary and hall bathroom project took about 2 weeks, and named Mark Delucia as the owner of South Broad. A 2021 customer said a master bathroom gutted and redone took longer than expected, mostly due to delays in getting material. A 2023 customer said a bathroom remodel in a 1936 home turned into repainting three major rooms, adding crown molding and sanding the old hardwood floors, on schedule at the agreed-upon price. A 2025 customer said James helped pick out a backsplash and countertops and that the counter install was smooth and efficient. A 2021 customer said Anthony was quick to respond through the design process of a kitchen remodel, and that Gio and his team always cleaned up well. A 2022 customer gave one star after a kitchen remodel in which James Carlozzi designed the cabinetry layout and ordered the cabinetry. That customer said 90% of the cabinetry arrived chipped, and that exact appliance measurements were requested but not used in the layout.
