South Coast Gutter Monkeys

South Coast Gutter Monkeys installs, cleans and repairs seamless aluminum gutters across nineteen South Coast Massachusetts towns, and the person almost every review names directly is the owner, Ray Cetner — a former 18-year veteran of financial-services client work who started the company after graduating from Northeastern. His wife Jennifer runs the office. The reviews describe a consistent process: Ray comes out to quote, often within a week, walks the homeowner through material choices, and the crew installs on the promised day — sometimes finishing a full gutter replacement in under four hours. One customer on a three-story home called the price reasonable for the scope of the job; another initially thought the quote ran a bit high but came away satisfied with the quality and attention to detail. The company operates as a local branch of the American Gutter Monkeys franchise, and one longtime customer says they've used the same crew for both installs and annual cleanings for years. Beyond straightforward gutter work, a few reviews describe the crew going further than asked: replacing rotted fascia boards alongside a full gutter tear-off and reinstall, adjusting a design around an antique house's unusual roofline, and in a February 2026 review, shoveling snow paths to fence gates and clearing a deck while on-site for other work. Neighbors on Nextdoor echo the same experience with short, positive mentions of the crew. There isn't a specific complaint to point to here — it's a consistently five-star track record across dozens of reviews on two platforms, covering pricing, punctuality and workmanship alike. For a homeowner in the South Coast Massachusetts area needing gutter installation, repair or cleaning, South Coast Gutter Monkeys is a strong, low-risk call — Ray's name comes up in nearly every review, so it's fair to ask directly for him if that consistency matters to you.
