South Coast Tree Service Inc.

Please read as these guys deserve so much recognition! It all started about a year ago when a tree located at a busy crosswalk was identified by Town officials as a Town-owned tree. The concern was its location. Not only was it positioned directly beside the crosswalk, but it was also where children wait for the school bus on both sides of the street. In addition, many members of our community walk, run, ride bikes, and enjoy being outdoors. Anyone using the crosswalk often had to stand directly beneath this large tree while waiting for traffic to stop. After many conversations with the Town, and hearing some things that were unacceptable, I was ultimately told, "If you want it cut down, have it cut down yourself." So that is exactly what I set out to do. I launched a campaign to raise the funds needed to have the tree removed before school started. Along the way, I met so many wonderful neighbors who stepped up to help make this happen. This project would not have been possible without the incredible support of South Coast Tree and Perry Crane Services. Before fully organizing the campaign, I reached out to them to see if the project was even possible. They were immediately on board and assured me that they would help make sure it was completed before the start of the school year. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we successfully raised the money needed to get the job done. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed, shared, supported, and believed in this effort. You are all rock stars, and this would not have happened without you.

I can’t say enough good things about PJ, Lou, and Brett! These guys were absolutely incredible from beginning to end. They were professional, hardworking, respectful, and genuinely went above and beyond. While taking down a very large tree, they discovered a HUGE wasp nest. Lou and Brett ended up getting stung, but it didn’t hold up the process at all. They just kept cutting, didn’t bat an eye, and got the job done without a single complaint. Their dedication and work ethic were seriously impressive! This team went above and beyond, and I’m so thankful for all of their hard work. I will definitely be using them for all of my future tree work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hardworking, professional, and reliable team. A huge THANK YOU to PJ, Lou, and Brett! You guys were incredible! 🌳👏🏼

Reasonably priced, clean and efficient service.

We called on PJ after a winter storm took out a large dead ash tree in our backyard. He came out promptly and walked the property with me as I asked him his opinion on other trees along our property lines. He was very knowledgable and taught me quite a bit about the trees we have. PJ and his hardworking crew ended up taking care of a few of our problem trees including the fallen ash. They started first thing in the morning and didn't stop all day until the job was done and everything nicely cleaned up. They were careful with our yard and heavy equipment. We would call on them again in a heartbeat if the need arises. Thanks PJ and crew!

PJ and his crew did a fantastic job. They were extremely careful with the work, easy to communicate with, and completed everything in a timely manner. The final cost was exactly what he quoted—no surprises. I would highly recommend PJ to anyone needing tree work done.
