— double and triple checks that everything went, 2026
Southcoast Junk Removal hauls away junk and rents dumpsters. Its website says it has been in business for 7 years, offers free estimates and is insured, and lists a service area that includes Westport, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, New Bedford, Wareham, Taunton and Plymouth.
In a 2026 review, a customer who contacted them about getting rid of some large, heavy items out of their basement called them "super professional, friendly, and efficient" with "very fair prices." Another 2026 customer, renting a dumpster for the first time, says Scott made the process "so easy and convenient" and answered questions "even on a Sunday night."
During a move, one 2026 customer says the haulers squeezed them in on an already packed dumpster and the whole thing was done in less than 20 minutes; that customer had been quoted $300 more for the pickup at another company. A separate 2026 review says Scott came and took all the junk out of a cellar, and another from 2026 says they double and even triple checked that they took everything they were supposed to.
The Better Business Bureau grades the business A+, and Google shows 5 stars from 134 ratings.

I was quoted $300 more for this pickup at another company! So glad I didn’t choose them and found these guys.
The haulers were quick and in communication with me. Squeezed me in on an already packed dumpster and absolutely saved me with my stressful move. Seriously don’t know what I’d do without them.
Definitely recommend Scott and his team. The whole thing was done in less than 20 minutes and incredibly affordable.
