Working with Todd from sovereign Builders was easy as it get. The job of removing underground fuel tank and installing new above ground. The project came in under budget and was completed in a timely manner. Todd and his crew made the job look easy. 5 star company for sure , Town of Hatfield Ma.

After a month in my beautiful new home I am finding new things to enjoy every day - the beautiful views, the solid construction, the thoughtfulness of the flow of rooms, the elegant windows. Many of the things I did not plan, but I enjoy them because Sovereign Builders has an eye for aesthetics that made my home better than I could have imagined myself. I've had the honor of working on three Sovereign projects, including Todd's personal home. His attention to detail is outstanding and the houses he creates are truly homes. Somehow, Todd manages to build homes that feel up to date yet still classic, designs that stand the test of time. He is courteous and respectful -- I would certainly hire him for my own personal projects and will not hesitate to refer my design clients to Sovereign. When we decided to design a home for our family, we knew choosing a builder would likely be the most important decision of the entire process. Experience, attention to detail and organization were at the top of our list but we also wanted a builder who'd be willing to work collaboratively with us. Sovereign quickly stood out among the options and after meeting Todd it was clear Sovereign Builders was the best fit. From the beginning Todd was engaged and proactive; he outlined a schedule and largely stuck to it (even with the challenges of COVID which necessitated having only one crew working on site at a time). This was important not just to keep the project moving but it also allowed us to prioritize which decisions had to be made when. Additionally, Todd was always ready to point out options we may not have been aware of and was an invaluable resource of information and advice. To a person the Sovereign team is top notch, professional and respectful; when compared with builders we've worked with previously, they've stood out for their expertise and efficiency. Even after completing the project, Todd's stayed in contact with us and is always ready to help with any questions or touch ups. He takes obvious personal pride in his work and we couldn't be happier with every aspect of our new home. If you're looking for a builder, you'd be hard pressed to find an outfit as professional as Sovereign that offers the same level of personal attention and craftsmanship.
