Sparklean Cleaning Services runs out of Westborough — the Community Advocate reported it opening an office at 57 East Main St. in March 2025 — and its work splits between homes, offices and post-construction cleanups, with windows, carpets and garages listed alongside the standard house clean. What customers actually describe is detail work. A move-in clean this June left the fridge and the inside of the oven looking new to the person who booked it. Another customer in April hired them for a 1,000-square-foot apartment, got a text when the cleaner was en route, and called the job perfect. A third had a couch washed and said the result beat what they expected. Windows, garages, backyard sheds — the jobs people write about are the ones nobody wants to do themselves. The other thing you notice reading through is names. Jenny, Ana, Meirielle, Fernanda and Aline all get thanked personally rather than "the crew" or "the team," which usually means customers are seeing the same faces and remembering who did the work. Plenty of the reviews are written in Portuguese. The history goes back further than this year's run. Angi and HomeAdvisor each publish a 5.0 from 10 ratings, though the written accounts there are older: a December 2021 customer described hiring Sparklean for a move-in clean after buying a house that October and named Aniella and Anderson as the people who worked on it; a reviewer in August 2019 mentioned the crew carrying waste cardboard out to the dumpster in the rain without grumbling about it. Its BBB page carries an A+ grade, though the company is not BBB accredited. Worth knowing before you call: those two directory profiles stop in 2021, so the current picture rests almost entirely on Google. On the commercial side the record is thinner than the residential one — a facilities customer in June 2026 reported cleanliness improving right away after they started, and that is the clearest commercial account there is. If you are clearing a house for a move, opening one back up after a renovation, or want a recurring crew that sends the same people each visit, this is a straightforward call. Windows, carpets and upholstery, garages and post-construction cleanup are all listed as their own services, so say which of them you want covered when you book rather than assuming a standard clean includes them.
