Spotless Janitorial Services

Spotless is a Plainville-based cleaning and restoration company founded by Cleber and Diana, who the company says came to the US from Brazil and built the business on a faith-based, immigrant-owned foundation. Its own website describes it strictly as a commercial janitorial contractor — offices, medical facilities, post-construction sites, government clients — and says it does no residential work at all. The written review record tells a fuller story: alongside years of ongoing office and cafe contracts, plenty of the five-star reviews describe cleaning and restoring private homes. On the commercial side, one office reviewer said they've used the company for more than five years, and a 2022 review described a cafe and store account running since 2018, praising a team that adjusts as cleaning needs change. On the home side, a 2021 review described a Labor Day weekend basement flood — the crew arrived that same morning with industrial drying equipment and, over the following weeks, worked with the reviewer's insurance company on the claim, including asbestos testing. Another described a mold-removal job where a team member handled communication with an unresponsive property management company on the homeowner's behalf. More routine jobs — an old pet stain lifted from a living room carpet, a den rug described as good as new, a newly installed VCT floor buffed and coated — round out the 2022-2024 record. The company holds active Massachusetts Minority and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certifications. Given the gap between its stated commercial-only scope and the residential jobs described in its reviews, it's worth confirming directly whether they'll take on a home job before assuming they will. For office or medical-facility cleaning, or a restoration emergency like a flood or mold issue, the track record here is deep and consistent; for routine house cleaning, call first to check.
