Its own site presents a commercial janitorial contractor — nightly office cleaning, disinfecting, post-construction cleanup, concrete polishing, government work — and never mentions homes. The people writing about them are as often homeowners: an old dog stain lifted out of a living room carpet in a September 2024 review, a den rug brought back "as good as new" in a 2022 one, and a January 2023 customer whose crew arrived before the time slot, moved delicate items carefully and checked which chemicals were safe around pets. The restoration side is not on the site either. In a December 2021 review a homeowner described calling over Labor Day weekend after a basement flood; the owner and a crew member were at the house that morning with industrial drying equipment, and a colleague named Ayo then worked the insurance claim and had the space tested for asbestos. A January 2022 reviewer credited the same colleague with explaining a mold removal and chasing an unresponsive management company. The commercial record is long and specific. A July 2022 reviewer said Spotless had been cleaning their store and café since 2018 and had absorbed several changes in what was needed. The buyer of a vacant commercial building wrote in October 2022 about getting a walkthrough within an hour of calling, a quote the next business day and scheduling inside a week — floors stripped and polished, carpets shampooed, walls and ceilings dusted, windows washed. And the business appears under four names: Spotless Services on its own site, Spotless Cleaning Service on BBB, Spotless Cleaning Inc on Procore, Spotless Cleaning & Restoration in several reviews.
