Spry Plumbing & Heating is a Rockland shop customers keep coming back to — in a January 2026 review, one customer said they'd used the company more than three times across different projects. BBB lists the business as 19 years in operation with an A+ grade, though it isn't BBB Accredited. The clearest specific in the record is emergency response: in a 2023 review, a homeowner described the company resolving both a frozen/broken pipe and a separate no-heat call, and said the explanations of what went wrong were easy to follow. Other reviewers, also writing in 2023, mention warranty-backed work and responsiveness without naming a specific job. Its Massachusetts plumber license (3598-PL-C) is verified active. The written review history is thin — just 4 reviews on file from 2023 to 2026 — against a Google page showing 9 ratings overall, so there isn't a long public track record to weigh beyond what's here. Worth asking about before booking: the reviews on file lean toward emergency calls (frozen pipes, no heat) rather than routine work, though the company's own site also lists sewer cleaning, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repiping.

Honestly best plumbing company. Consistent and very knowledgeable. Ive used them now over 3 times and on various projects and they are so professional!
If you want the highest quality work backed by a warranty, then you should give these folks a call. They are also very professional and responsive.
Kevin has done a few jobs. Always great.
SPRY is outstanding! Professional, and VERY TIMELY. It seems that you only call a plumber when there are emergencies and Kevin and his team were amazing in their response time. Saved us with a frozen/broken pipe one time, and a lack of heat another. His explanations are easy for non professionals to understand. Would recommend SPRY to anyone.
