I would like to share that this was one of the most professional home repair experiences I have had in quite some time. We contacted C.J. Plumbing to address a heating issue in a zone of my mother’s home. C.J. arrived on time and did not leave until heat was fully restored. He returned on a couple of occasions afterward to ensure the system was operating efficiently, particularly when my mother had questions or concerns. Being unable to be present during the work and still feeling completely confident in the service my mother was receiving speaks volumes about C.J.’s integrity. Unfortunately, my mother has had past experiences where others attempted to take advantage of her due to her age and English being her second language. As a result of this, in most circumstance I ensure that I am available. That was absolutely not the case here. C.J. Plumbing was consistently patient, thorough, and responsive answering all of her questions and even returning in person when she reached out. That level of professionalism and respect is truly commendable. I would highly recommend C.J. Plumbing
