We purchased a home 11 years ago that had a Grinder Pump for the sewer system connection to the street. A few years in, in 2019, I noticed that the pump was running very often. We didn't hear an alarm from the box in the basement. Our plumber referred us to F. R. Mahoney. We called them and they came out the next day. We did need to replace the pump (who knows when it was installed or serviced) and during the replacement they made sure that the alarm system was working. The other day, I heard a loud buzzing from the basement, which was coming from the alarm. We followed the reset instructions, and the system continued to work, but called to discuss the issue. Since it had been 7 years, and we had never had it serviced, we wanted a service anyway. Tim came out a few days later, and discovered a few damaged parts, which he replaced (instead of telling us we needed a new pump), thoroughly cleaned the whole unit, and then tested the system. As others have said, he explained what he was doing, what had caused the problem, and did it with a smile!. Can't say enough about this company's pleasant and efficient response. We have learned that a service call every 2-3 years should prevent a big failure. Recommend them without reservation.

Best experience ever, called late on Saturday, AJ was there first thing on Sunday morning, removed grinder pump and found and repaired problem. Had house running again in no time. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Fast unload.. When you come here make sure to back in into the driveway to get unloaded no U-turn for 53 ft tractor trailer..Make sure to use the driveway from the other company across the street..You will be blocking both way on oncoming traffic. Make sure to use precaution or call the company to get help for spotter…
