Its BBB grade is A+, and on Google it holds 4.8 stars from 5 ratings. Regional design sites have credited builder Nick Vanasse of SR Fine Home Builders on their home features, one of them calling him a Rhode Island-based builder. A 2025 Reddit commenter in r/RhodeIsland named it alongside Distefano brothers and Sweenor builders and said they "all do nice work but are definitely not cheap."
