The BBB dates the business to May 2006, records its incorporation as an LLC in 2016, has accredited it since January 2008 and grades it A+. What they do is specific. Residential and light-commercial heating and cooling — boilers, forced-air furnaces, heat pumps and high-velocity air conditioning — with a particular line in ductless mini-splits for houses that have no ductwork or registers, plus furnace and water-heater repair. The BBB lists Buderus among the product lines they carry. The HomeAdvisor listing is the thing to read before calling: it states the pro is new there with no reviews yet, and its FAQ says the company offers no free estimates, no emergency service and no warranties. A reasonable call if you are pricing a mini-split or a boiler and want a long-established, accredited local shop. Ask what the estimate visit costs before booking it, and what warranty comes with the equipment itself.
