We requested Ryan’s help in getting a bathroom refresh done in less than two weeks: floors, shower and an oversized vanity. He was quick to respond to action and communicated throughout the process. The results were exactly what we envisioned.

I needed an electrician and heard from a friend she had used Ryan Brooks with Standby Solutions and she was very impressed with them so I thought I would give them a try. I needed work done in an emergency situation and calling standby solutions was a great experience. I needed emergency help with my smoke detectors and Ryan was able to get to me same day, that was a huge relief. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used Ryan in two different scenarios and observed his work in a third. The first time I saw his work was at a friend’s house that was being built, where he was the contracted electrician. It was a very large house, and he did a great job with the electrical, everything seemed neat and well organized when it was finished. The first time I personally used him as a contractor was during the construction of my own house. He installed everything exactly where I wanted it and was easy to work with throughout the process. When we went over the outlet/switch location and light fixtures that were going to be happening in the house, he had a few great ideas for some upgrades and then also was able to keep everything in his head which surprised me since it was not a small amount of information to remember. If I had questions, I could always call him and get a straightforward answer. The second time I used him was after the house was completed, when he installed a Modine heater in my garage. The winter weather caused a delay, but once we were able to get started, the job took about two days and went very smoothly. The final product works great, it fired right up and does exactly what I need. All of the wiring and piping were installed neatly, and the exterior vent was cut cleanly and installed square, which I appreciated. I had a gas line pre-run into the garage, and since Ryan is licensed for gas work, he was able to handle that portion as well. For appliance installs like this, he’s experienced and very capable. He also has a few guys working with him as apprentices who did a great job as well and never seemed unapproachable. They're always happy to interact with me and answer any questions I may have had.
