A recent Google reviewer wrote that Katon responded to the request immediately, came right away, and found and fixed the problem quickly. Steadfast Electrical holds 4.8 stars from 12 Google ratings, 4.8 from 40 HomeAdvisor ratings and 4.9 from 35 Angi ratings, and carries an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. A 2026 Google customer said their electrician installed a ground wire in the garage and connected a floodlight, then added an outdoor GFCI outlet and a waterproof safety outlet in the kitchen at their mom's house. A 2024 Google customer hired Katon to upgrade a doorbell transformer and install two Floodlight Ring cameras where the outlets needed ground wires, and said Katon and his apprentice cleaned their work areas. In a 2022 Google review, a customer said Katon advised against installing an aftermarket part in their panel because it could be flagged at an inspection, and arrived the following day with the correct part. A 2022 Angi customer said Katon responded promptly when a tree fell over the electric wires in a storm and the meter needed reconnecting. A 2023 Angi customer said Katon hooked up their pool heater.
