A detailed August 2023 complaint concerned an antique tractor axle left for welding. The reviewer said they were told three weeks, but the job was still unfinished three months later. They alleged that the axle remained outside, uncovered, and that new hubs and bearings had seized and filled with water. The customer said they needed four new hubs and eight new bearings as a result.
