In a 2023 review a homeowner described ordering a shower door for a renovation: the installer, Nick, spotted a small scratch on the first visit, took the door back to the shop and had a new one built, finished the install on his second trip, then looked at a leaking upstairs shower door and handed over a rubber strip to stop it. A 2024 customer who broke the bottom of a large terrarium said the measurements came out perfect and the pane arrived a few days early. Another, writing in 2024, had used the shop four times in a few months and called it affordable and quicker than the estimates. A 2026 reviewer had them do both personal and commercial window replacement. The complaints are consistent, and none of them are about the glass. A 2022 reviewer walked in with measurements for a triple-track storm window, left a phone number and an email, and said two months later they had heard nothing back.
