Greenfield Glass Co Inc

Greenfield Glass Co has been a family-run shop on River Street in Greenfield since 1983 — the company says it's been family owned and operated the whole 43 years. The work spans residential window sales and repair, custom shower enclosures, mirrors and glass shelving, plus commercial glazing like storefronts, curtain walls and interior glass. Two recent Google reviews, both from July 2026, describe the staff as helpful and professional, including a repeat business customer who calls them reasonable. That tracks with a run of five-star reviews going back to 2022: reviewers name Nick specifically for shower-door and window installs in reviews from 2023, and in a 2024 review one customer described how the company matched a broken terrarium pane's measurements exactly and installed the replacement a few days early. Two older reviews are worth knowing about before calling: in late 2022, one customer said the company never followed up on a quote for a triple-track storm window after leaving contact information, and around the same time a local business owner described the front desk as unhelpful toward the surrounding business community. Neither complaint has a matching account in the years since. For straightforward window and glass work — replacement panes, shower enclosures, storefront glazing — this is a long-tenured, family-run option; it's worth confirming upfront that a quote request gets a prompt callback.
