A June 2026 customer had one already fallen onto their shed in what they called a dangerous spot; Wilmar and crew arrived on time, took it out and cleaned up after. Another had two overgrown pines removed at the price quoted. A Thumbtack customer in April 2026 described three pines over seventy feet cut down and the stumps taken low. The family-owned company also lists lawn care and custom masonry and hardscaping — interlocking pavers for patios, walks and steps — though nearly everything customers write about is tree work. A July 2026 reviewer had flower beds and shrubs cleared of weeds, and a May 2026 customer said they would be back for mulching and trimming. Price is the thing to pin down. Two June 2026 reviews describe the same oak removal going wrong: the crew hit metal in the trunk, said they broke several chainsaw chains, charged $400 above the quote, and — according to those customers — left the trunk in the yard after being paid. A Thumbtack customer in June 2025 also said the final price came out different from the quote, while calling it fair anyway. Its Thumbtack page shows 12% one-star ratings across 41, against 83% five-star. Elsewhere the accounts run the same way: arrived on time, worked quickly, stayed careful around the house and landscaping, swept up the chips and branches before leaving. One customer in May 2025 had three dead bushes gone within two days of reaching out. A solid call for a straightforward take-down or a crowded-yard removal. Get the quote in writing with what happens if something unexpected turns up inside the wood, and settle what "removal" covers — trunk, stump and haul-away — before the saws start.
