Within that 2021–2022 window, the recurring story is technicians — Tom, Johnny, and Mac come up by name repeatedly — handling both routine service and full system replacements. In a 2022 review, one customer describes comparing quotes from five companies for a furnace/boiler/mini-split job, picking Stocker, and having the work finished in three days. Another 2022 review describes a full oil boiler replacement in an old house — two water heaters removed, a new boiler and water heater installed, nine zones replumbed — completed in 1.5 days with hot water back the same afternoon.
