DRB Heating and Cooling

DRB Heating and Cooling is a Beverly, Massachusetts HVAC contractor run by Daniel and Sophia Belcher, in business since 2014 and BBB-accredited (A+) since 2016. All five reviews on file are positive, with the most recent from June 2026 and the rest dated 2023 and 2024. The clearest story is emergency response. In that most recent review, a homeowner describes water coming from their HVAC system onto the basement floor — Dan diagnosed and fixed it, parts included, the same day it was reported. In a 2024 review, a customer says they've used DRB for ten years, from installing Mass Save-rebated energy-efficient heat pump water heaters to major emergencies and new commercial installs. Another 2024 review, from a business owner, describes DRB handling both office and home heating and cooling needs repeatedly over the years. A third 2024 review describes Dan and his team as knowledgeable, professional and thorough on an extensive home job, adding that Dan is known locally as involved in the community. There's no negative signal in the record, though it's a small one — five reviews total, four of them from the same few weeks in October 2024. For HVAC installs, emergency repairs, or ongoing service around Beverly, the reviews describe Dan personally handling the work and responding quickly when something breaks.
