A 2020 customer said the built-in and second-floor laundry storage cabinets Terry made were exactly what she had pictured. A homeowner in April 2019 hired him for a mudroom built-in system, dining-room wainscoting and kitchen woodworking on one job; another that same month had already used the shop across several projects. The July 2021 one comes from the countertop installer who worked alongside them on a job — praise from the trade rather than from someone who hired them. The Houzz listing also names a Connecticut registration, #0645854, and a 2010 Torch Award from the BBB of Central New England; both are the profile's own text. The BBB file carries no complaints, though the business is unaccredited there and has no BBB grade. The reviews stop in 2021, so this is a shop to ask for current work: photographs of cabinets finished in the last year or two, and a customer you can call. For built-ins, a bar, a mantel or interior doors made to measure, the people who hired Terry describe getting back the thing they described. Settle lead time and a payment schedule before the first piece goes into the shop.
