Jerry does great work but does not communicate well. He did good work and a few extras. Unless It was something personally with me, I did not understand not answering any emails. When he came to work he basically ignored me. He may have just been focused on his work. He could not even say thank you for a $250 tip. Just took the check looked at it and turned and left. I have since noticed that workers seldom say thank you, I know they work hard and earn the money they charge but not to thank someone for a tip given in addition to what they charge....I just don't get it!

Jerry came out to assess why I was having water come in through the chimney. A week after the work was completed we had a rain storm and water was still coming in through the chimney and into my family room. I called two separate roofing companies to check his work and get another opinion. Both contractors said that the flashing that Jerry did was done incorrectly. I asked him to refund my money and he refused at first but stated that he would refund my money if the contractors work stopped the problem. Of course, the professionals work did fix the problem and Jerry is not responsive.

Mason did some work for my mother........he had to order supplies and was very good about follow up and follow thru. My mother is pleased and we will use his sevice again, as needed.

The work was done beautifully and thoroughly. Stone Man came on time for both the estimate and the day he was doing the work. The work looks very good

there were some problems with communication and delays, but once the work was started it went smoothly and they did a very professional job
