Storm Masters

Storm Masters' own website lists emergency roof repair, roof replacement, skylights, ridge vents, trees fallen on a home and wind, hail, ice, fire and water damage. On BBB, the company describes its work as roofing, windows, siding and gutter contracting. It says it has 20 years in business and names Litchfield, New Haven and Fairfield as its service area. A customer said Bari inspected the roof, identified storm damage and worked with the insurance company through the entire process, and that a roofing company he contracted did the roof itself. After a free inspection confirmed wind damage, a customer said a large crew did the entire roof and cleanup in one day once insurance approved. One customer said that after a thunderstorm, Bari came in the middle of the night to temporarily cover the damaged area. A customer whose roof was hit by a falling tree said Storm Masters cleaned it up and put on a new roof. A 2021 customer said Bari found damage on all four surfaces of the roof and met with the adjuster, and that the crews stripped the existing surface, replaced bad boards and installed a new ridge vent. A 2023 customer said the company replaced their roof, siding and gutters and removed trees after a tree fell on the house in Middlebury, Ct. A 2023 customer with a tricky blend into an older roof said several contractors turned the job down before Storm Masters took it, and called the work fairly priced. A customer writing in 2026 said they hired Bari four years earlier, saw poor quality a couple of months after installation, and said he cashed their permit payment and never paid the town; that customer took him to small claims court, got a judgement, and said they were still never paid. A 2023 customer said they paid for a job Bari Meka did not finish, with no contract or paperwork, and that more than 20 appointments were dodged over 18 months. A 2024 customer who referred the contractor to neighbors said three of those projects turned into leaks and other issues, and faulted Bari's communication and follow-through. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0661973, as active, held by Storm Masters LLC.
