We recently had our stair railing and newel posts replaced to make them more functional for our family, and we are very happy with the results. Jay and Edwin both did excellent work. The finished stairs look beautiful and feel solid and secure. They took the time to make adjustments and ensure everything was aligned properly, and the attention to detail really shows. Rob was responsive from the start, flexible with scheduling, and able to begin the job quickly. The project was completed in a timely manner, which we appreciated. Throughout the process, Rob was warm, professional, and easy to communicate with. He made us feel heard, offered thoughtful feedback, and as someone newer to the area, that sense of reliability and community meant a lot.
