They found a rental for us on short notice when we first arrived on Cape Cod, then several months later found us a perfect house for us to purchase. Adrienne and her staff smoothed the process the entire way, providing contacts and vendors to help with our transition, negotiating both the rental price of the rental and then the purchase price of the home we bought, and answering the seemingly millions of questions that we had about the area. We have moved multiple times over the years, and have known a lot of real estate agents, but Adrienne and her staff are by far the best agents we have used.
