Steve’s team did a good job on a drain system in my driveway to divert water away from my garage. We had a good downpour this week and the garage was dry. His team was also timely and neat and Steve was available for any questions I had.
Our house is located in a neighborhood where basically we are right at the bottom of the bowl- all yards and streets seem to point down to us. So in the spring and really any time it rains, our yard ends up incredibly soggy and won’t dry out for days… in the spring, it takes over a month to dry out. The previous owners of our house tried to put some drainage system in but it was not helping one bit. We have become increasingly worried about the possible resale of our home with not only the surface issues but also what damage the water could be doing to the foundation. We called Steve and his team to help us and so glad we did! He was able to survey what was happening and came up with a plan. He was able to remove some of the previous work that was improperly done. He put in a number of French drains that have helped significantly with moving the water. We also had sump pump issues and gutters being directed into the ground which he has since redirected away from our home. Being that our property was particularly challenging, I appreciate that Steve was very open to different ideas and also taking it one step at a time to see what the best possible solution would be. He has been very communicative through the entire process and continues to check in on us. After getting a couple of quotes, his prices seemed to be the most reasonable of the bunch. We are very happy with how it has turned out thus far and highly recommend him for any drainage issues you may have in your lawn!
Steve and his crew did a great job. I no longer have ponding in my backyard. Thx
Steve and team did a great job! Very professional, efficient, and worked with me as adjustments were needed.
