Chris did an amazing job on a very large tear down/new build for us. He had to manage through supply chain and labor issues related to Covid and still delivered the house on time. His work with subs was outstanding and I'd highly recommend him to anyone. Having worked with many other builders over the years, this was by far the best experience we ever had.

There are not enough words to describe how much we loved working with this company, and Chris in particular!! He is phenomenal, and we are delighted with the results!

Chris built our new home in Osterville and it was a great experience!! We love him and all of his subs! They did a fabulous job!!!

Chris Dougherty and Structures Inc. rebuilt my little beach house into a gorgeous home, tripling the size. The design of the house is gorgeous and the job Structures did in the construction was phenomenal. They stayed on schedule throughout the process, were a pleasure to work with, and maintained the highest standards of quality and professionalism. I would strongly recommend Structures to anyone wanting to build or remodel a house. Chris Dougherty is extremely creative, and adds all sorts of great ideas and beautiful details to the house that make it look very elegant. He worked with me extensively on the design details and the budget for construction, and stayed within the budget throughout. We met on a regular basis and talked on the phone and e-mailed frequently, so I always felt in touch with him and part of the process. I have lived in the house for about 9 months now, and it is absolutely wonderful. Everything is of the highest quality. My neighbors were also very pleased with Structures Inc. during the 8 month construction project. The worksite was always kept very neat, and Chris and all of the workers were extremely respectful of the neighbors.
