My bathroom ceiling was leaking during rainstorms due to bad vent pipe flashing installation from the previous owner. Fatima was very professional and helpful with scheduling an estimate. Luis came out and gave me a fair and reasonable price to repair my roof and came the very next day to complete the repair and now after two rainstorms my ceiling is finally leak free. He was very profesional, punctual, and skillful as the repairs look great. My roof will need to be replaced in the coming years and I will definitely be using them again. Rosa and Anthony are the two individuals from Summer Exterior that we worked with on setting up the rood installation and chimney repointing. They were great to work with. The installers did a wonderful job on repointing the chimney and installing the new roof. The only issues we had were that we were unable to get the 50 year warranty from Owen's Corning because we would have had to replace our decking material with all new plywood at a cost of $3000 and we didn't have the contingency money for that. Had we known that Owen's Corning had specific conditions for their warranty, we could have taken out more money to pay for the extra work. Also, once we signed the contract and our first check was cashed, we didn't hear from the company with respect to a general idea as to when they would be out to do the work. It all worked out in the end and the results look amazing. Overall we are very happy with the company, their workers and the work they performed. I would definitely recommend them to others to have work done on their homes and properties.

Summer Exterior Inc. did a solid job on my roof in Warwick, RI. The team was on time, easy to talk to, and handled everything smoothly. The asphalt shingles look awesome, and knowing it comes with a 50-year warranty from Owens Corning is a big relief. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
