Sump Pump Geeks is a Westport basement outfit whose own site lists basement waterproofing, basement drainage systems, dehumidification and crawl space repair, along with free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. The site says the business has been around 15 years. In a 2022 review, a customer called them a great group of guys and recommended them for any sump pump service. A January 2025 review gave four stars after a rough start: the customer described issues and mistakes, then said the owner reached out that morning to apologize, that the lapse in reaching out looked like an oversight, and that they expected the mistakes to be corrected. The same customer said the crew who came to the house were polite and courteous. Google shows 4.7 stars from 3 ratings. On Reddit, a 2024 commenter listed Sump Pump Geeks by name, and a 2026 commenter mentioned hearing its commercials on WBZ 1030 AM.
“I hear the commercial for these guys often on WBZ 1030 am: https://sumppumpgeeks.com”
“ericson foundation solutons, sump pump geeks”
Full transparency….The owner did reach out to me this morning and apologized about the issues. We had a good conversation and I told him I appreciated his immediate follow up. Based on our conversation it’s clear this was an oversight not initially reaching out and I feel the mistakes that were initially made will be corrected. Again I will say the guys who responded out to my house were polite and courteous.
Great group of guys, excellent customer service and would highly recommend them for any sump pump service
