Its BBB page lists an A+ grade and accreditation. In a recent review, Connor and Jay installed a new bathroom faucet and a few other minor items, and the customer called the visit quick and clean. A recent customer needed an old part the company was not sure it could get; it obtained the part, was back the next day, and the sink is running again. A recent customer gave one star, saying the company was due first thing on a Monday morning and never showed or called. A 2025 customer said the team that installed a new water heater was in and out in under two hours, and that the area around the installation was cleaner than they had left it. A 2025 customer wrote that Tom had helped with projects through the years, most recently a full home kitchen and bathroom renovation, and called the pricing quite reasonable. A 2024 customer said the company installed a battery-powered backup sump pump as planned and at a reasonable price. A 2023 customer who said they had used Sunburst for over 15 years described the company replacing a 30-year-old furnace, a hot water heater and a well tank, and repairing damage from frozen pipes that burst in a family room ceiling. A 2023 customer said Tom and his staff replaced an electric hot water heater with a propane tankless heater, coming several times for the gas pipe installation, the removal of the old heater and the new install. A 2024 customer said the company fixed two of three small bathroom issues, but the dripping shower needed a cartridge they did not have, and a promised call back from the office never came; that customer later added that the plumber came the next day and fixed it. A 2025 customer said the receptionist promised call-backs a few times that never came, so they used another plumber. A 2023 customer said they booked a 10-to-12 morning appointment, no one showed up, and on calling back they were told they had no appointment.
