Landmark Air Systems installs and replaces heating and air conditioning systems, boilers included, according to its own website, which also says the company has been in business 51 years. Its Better Business Bureau profile describes HVAC installation, maintenance and repair, plus work on residential new construction projects, and the BBB gives it an A+ grade as an accredited business. A recent Google customer called the company on time, communicative and professional, and said they use it for their home and an investment property. A 2024 customer called it reliable and honest. A 2021 customer said the company installed heating and AC and made several mistakes on the boiler installation, listing missing check, drain and isolation valves, the wrong expansion tank and a pump in the wrong place. That 2021 customer said calls, emails and texts to the company went unanswered. A 2025 reviewer who did not hire the company directly wrote that it installed their HVAC system and that problems with the duct work left the system constantly shutting down in the winter from overheating. Connecticut lists an active D1 heating and cooling licence, HTG.0306629-D1, held by Landmark Air Systems.
On time. Communicative. Professional. Generous. Experts in their field. I use them for my home and my investment property; I will continue to do so for years to come!
We did not hire them but they installed our hvac system. We have had countless issues with their duct work, which led to our system constantly shutting down in the winter and rebooting three hours later due to overheating. Do not recommend.
Reliable and honest. Highly recommend
They installed heating and AC for me. They made several mistakes on the installation of the boiler. There were missing check valves, missing drain valves, missing isolation valves, installed the wrong expansion tank, they put the make-up water line in the wrong place, the pump was in the wrong place, the domestic hot water intake was connected to the boiler make-up water line when it should not be, etc. I have contacted them by phone, email and text and they will not return any attempted contact to try to resolve the issues.
