J & B Services holds a 5-star Google rating from 21 ratings. One recent customer says the company responded within an hour and came to the house the same day to re-install a toilet and seal off drain flies from the bathroom, at a price that customer calls very reasonable. A recent customer who has used J and B for several years says they respond promptly and courteously and work cleanly. A 2025 customer thanked the company and Dan for quick service on a hot water problem and maintenance on a furnace. A 2024 customer said Rick, asked about water heater service, told them their oil provider likely already provided it for free. A 2022 customer said the company came out the same day to quote a leaking water heater and installed the new one the next day. That 2022 customer said the new heater made the hot water smell of oil; after a next-day attempt to purge and clean it, the company got the manufacturer to cover a complete replacement, installed within a week of the original install.
We have used J and B for several years now. They have always responded promptly, and courteously. They do great work, efficiently and cleanly. Thanks!
Could not be happier with the service provided! Responded within an hour and came to our house the same day to properly re-install our toilet and seal off any drain flies from coming into our bathroom. Very reasonable pricing and excellent communication
Fast service thanks to J & B and Dan for quick service today on hot water problem and maintenance on my furnace …. Great company
I called to ask about water heater service and Rick informed my oil provider already likely provided this for free. Great integrity and honesty!
Fast, competent response to our need to replace a leaking water heater. Came out the same day I called to give a quote. New heater installed the next day. No fault of theirs, but the new water heater made the hot water smell of oil. After a quick -- next day -- attempt to purge and clean it, they got the manufacturer to cover a complete replacement, and had it installed within a week of the original install. Very responsive and caring service! They took our problem very seriously and resolved it efficiently. I will call the again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone wanting reliable, honest, and fairly priced plumbing services.
