I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with Sunflower Cleaning. My mom hired Sunflower to clean her house a few weeks ago. The idea was to take something off of her plate. Instead, the way Sunflower handled a very simple situation caused her a lot of unnecessary stress. To make a long story short, the cleaners showed up more than an hour early one day, with no warning that they would be early. They then gave my mom a hard time about the house being too hot to "safely" clean. Never mind that they showed up early with no warning and the AC hadn't had enough time to fully cool the rooms. It was also 75 degrees inside, hardly "unsafe" by any reasonable measure. The cleaners cleaned a few of the rooms and then left without any explanation to my mom, with the job unfinished. One of the owners then sent my mom several aggressive text messages demanding full payment (for an unfinished job), accusing my mom of creating an "unsafe environment" and "cook[ing] our team," and telling my mom that she had treated them "poorly." Then, to add further insult to injury, Sunflower posted a video on their social media accounts calling my mom out *by name* and accusing her of putting the cleaners in a position that was not "safe." The video showed a woman who was visibly perspiring inside a bathroom, which they later admitted was not actually filmed at my mom's house. It was wildly unprofessional and insulting. We paid them in the end just so they would stop bothering my mom.

What a lovely treat it is to come home to a sparkling clean home! Today was our second cleaning with Sunflower Cleaning, we are so pleased with their hard work. Not only is the house thoroughly cleaned but they use fragrance free/truly natural (kid safe) products so there is peace of mind knowing the home is being cleaned using the same products we use daily. Highly recommended!
The Sunflower team has been helping us keep our house clean for 2 years, and they do a phenomenal job. My husband and I both work full time from home and they are so flexible in working around us while still managing to get our space clean. We have 2 kids under 5 (with all of the kid mess that comes with), and they are experts at taming the chaos. The products they use are gentle and leave our home feeling fresh and smelling like the essential oils they include in their products. On top of that, every member of the team I have met is pleasant to be around— Angie (the owner) has great attention to detail and clearly works to maintain both a high standard work product and a solid rapport with the people on her team. I have a high degree of trust in this crew, and am grateful to have this small business in our community!
Angelina and her team did a very thorough deep clean of my house! Not an easy job with dog hair and fingerprints everywhere from my 2 year old. Highly recommend- my house is sparkling!
