A prompt fuse repair led one customer to call Sunworks Electrical LLC again, but the return calls never came. Writing in February 2024, that customer praised the original response and repair, then described two unsuccessful attempts to arrange help with three more electrical issues, including a promised callback that did not happen. The Glastonbury company has an active Connecticut electrician license. Google lists 4.5 stars from eight ratings.
Came out to right away to take care of a fuse problem. I was happy with the response and resolving the issue. I now have 3 electrical issue that need fixing. I called and no one called back. I called again and talked with someone that said he would call back when he got back to his computer. He nerves called. This is not a Co. that can be relied upon to even make a call back certainly not someone I want back to take care of a problem.
