I had Paul Cicchetti Electrical recently come out to replace an old outdoor floodlight at my house. The experience from the get-go was top-notch. I first requested a quote online and was in contact with Marina, the Office Assistant/Scheduler. I had numerous questions throughout the process and Marina answered all of them promptly and thoroughly, which was greatly appreciated. The installation of the new floodlight and mounting block went flawlessly. The electricians, Koffi and Chris, were knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. They showed me all the different settings for the new floodlight and how to adjust them. In addition to the install, they installed a new electrical box. All their work was neat and looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to use Paul Cicchetti Electrical in the future.
Patrick and the team were extremely professional, and the entire experience was seamless, from providing a walkthrough and competitive quote (with detailed line items), to executing exactly what we discussed and pulling the permit (plus follow-on inspection with the town). Marina in the office was super helpful, always checking in, scheduling things, responding by email, basically everything you could ask for in a great contractor. During the work I observed what seemed to be a great apprentice/training relationship as well. Ciccheti knows their stuff and I highly and wholeheartedly recommend!!!
I’m genuinely grateful to everyone at Paul Cicchetti Electrical. After dealing with poor work from a previous electrician, I was frustrated and wanted someone I could trust to make things right. Patrick and Chris did exactly that. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what they found and how they were going to fix it. The work was done neatly, and the pricing was fair. Marina was wonderful to deal with from the office and made the whole process easy. It’s such a relief to know the work in my home was corrected properly. Thank you, Marina, Patrick, and Chris. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again or recommend you to friends and family.
Went with PC Electrical for a service upgrade. Their team was flexible and transparent throughout the process. Marina in the office was phenomenal at keeping me informed of the process, next steps, and scheduling. The team showed up promptly on time and began work right away. They kept the work environment clean and tidy especially for a job requiring drilling through brick and concrete. Can’t say enough about the team’s professionalism and technical knowledge which shined when running into weird electrical issues that come with an older home. Pat, Lou, and Chris were really standout technicians and I would recommend them for anyone’s electrical needs.
I can’t recommend Paul Cicchetti Electric highly enough! From the very first phone call to the completion of the job, the entire experience is always exceptional. Patrick, on of the electricians, is outstanding. He’s always on time, professional, and friendly. He takes great pride in his work, pays close attention to every detail, and always makes sure everything is done right. It’s clear he truly cares about the quality of his craftsmanship. The office staff is equally fantastic. Communication is prompt and clear, scheduling is easy, and they take care of all the details (including town permits) making the entire process completely stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism, quality, and customer service from start to finish!
