Supaflu Chimney Systems says on its website that it has been in business 61 years. Its BBB grade is B-, and the BBB lists one complaint against it. A recent Google customer who called to ask about having a chimney cleaned said they were told "not interested" and hung up on without an explanation, and called it very unprofessional. In a November 2024 Reddit thread, a poster said the company doesn't pick up the phone or respond to messages or email. A 2024 customer said a chimney liner put in as mandated for a new furnace was too small and decreased the draft, and that a tech told them furnace exhaust now backs up into the house. That 2024 customer also wrote that their information somehow got to a scammer out of Long Island, NY, who tried to cheat their elderly parents. A 2022 reviewer accused the company of trying to swindle money from an elderly woman.

Just called to ask if they could help me clean my chimney, super rude, hung up on me without explaining why...just said "not interested" then beeeeeeep. Very unprofessional.
Did chimney liner as mandated for new furnace. Too small, decreased draft, now furnace exhaust backs up into house per tech. To make matters worse, somehow our info got to a scammer out of Long Island, NY (Stellar vent) who tried to cheat my elderly parents. Only because of connections in DAs office did I get their money back. Do not recommend
Good place to go if you want someone to try and swindle money from an elderly woman. Do not send these guys to your grandma's place
