Superior Overhead Door LLC

Tom, the owner of Superior Overhead Door, came to fix our garage doors. He replaced a panel on one door and upgraded the lifting mechanisms on both to improve strength and safety. Additionally, he replaced the cables and springs on both doors, adjusted everything to ensure smooth and quiet operation, and demonstrated how to maintain them, including lubrication and cleaning. Tom's communication was excellent throughout the process, and his pricing was very fair for the quality of work performed. I would 100% use Tom again and highly recommend this business.

I had a new garage door opener installed today by Tom at Superior Overhead Door. Such a nice guy and explained everything to me as my old one could really not be repaired. I would highly recommend Tom. He calls back, comes out when he said he would. Definitely will call him again when I need anything else to my other door.

Superior Overhead Door in Oxford, CT, truly exceeded my expectations! Tom Bottone is nothing short of amazing. I recently had him install two Wi-Fi-enabled door openers, and they have also provided maintenance for my 30-year-old garage doors. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the start, Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process a breeze. He took the time to explain the benefits of the Wi-Fi openers, and now I can control my garage doors with just a tap on my phone—talk about convenience! The installation was flawless. Tom was punctual, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was set up perfectly. He even took the time to walk me through how to use the new system, ensuring I was comfortable with it before he left. What really impressed me was the care and expertise he showed in maintaining my 30-year-old garage doors. Most companies might suggest replacing them due to their age, but Tom approached the task with the mindset of preserving what I already had. He carefully inspected every part, made the necessary adjustments, and brought those old doors back to life! Now, they operate smoother than ever, and I’m confident they’ll last many more years thanks to the meticulous work of Superior Overhead Door. Amazing service! I called for emergency repair, owner came out promptly, fixed the broken spring/ cable, and even did a repair job on damaged siding on the door that I have been unable to get anyone to fix. Could not have been nicer or more professional. Excellent pricing, too.
