In a May 2025 Google review, a customer described purchasing a pool in Amherst and coordinating installation with Lindsay in Fitchburg. Mike and his crew prepared the pad with a bobcat, brought in two truckloads of material and constructed the pool. The reviewer praised their attention to detail, hard work and manner. A separate customer writing that month said they had used Surfside for over 20 years and praised its product knowledge and products. In November 2025, another customer said they found a pool pillow even after the showroom had switched to winter ski gear. A June 2026 reviewer reported repeated calls over several weeks about a pool heater. Surfside said it was waiting for a $375 part; the customer said another provider cleaned the heater and restored it without replacing parts. A June 2025 reviewer complained that leaves entered the pool during opening, cleaning was postponed because the cleaner was injured, and two rescheduled visits ended without a call or arrival. An above-ground pool buyer in Milford described three installation-date changes in a September 2022 review.
