A custom gas fireplace with a mantle made from a wooden beam out of an old barn in Kennebunkport: that is the living room job a 2026 Google customer described Sylvain & Sevigny Builders creating. The same customer said the flooring the company chose and ran throughout the house has held up in any weather, even close to the ocean, and called them clean and helpful. The company says it was established in 2010 and offers both residential and commercial building services. The Better Business Bureau gives it an A+ grade and lists it as accredited. A Better Business Bureau reviewer complained that the company does not pay for services rendered and is hard to reach to resolve things.
