Ripped me off for several hundred dollars. Never heard from him.

My mother has had multiple problems with timing and communication with this "company" The day after the big storm, my elderly mother called to ask when we should expect the driveway plowed. She called and spoke to Vicki , who was very nice and was told he was going home to rest for a bit then should be there by 1 or 2pm.. My mother was very understanding of that and knew he needed rest due to the storm...by 6:30 pm, still no plow truck and no phone call..I called for her and stated we understand the conditions, but it is now 6:30 at night?? again no call and he finally showed up at 9:20 pm to a half cleaned driveway thanks to neighbors in case there was an emergency . The first time, he didnt show up til wayyy later and I cleared her out. my mother called the next day to say she wasnt happy about paying the $ for a contract and not getting service or communication AND HE STARTED YELLING AT MY ELDERLY MOTHER , then proceeded to yell at me. so its the customers fault this "company" took on too many accounts? DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY .
