The day-to-day work it advertises is residential and light-commercial electrical — installations, service upgrades, repairs, transfer switches, lighting — plus Generac and Kohler standby power, for which both its own site and its Procore entry say it is a factory-trained dealer. Its stated service area runs from Shrewsbury and Worcester out through Fitchburg, Leominster, Marlborough and Sturbridge. The written record is short, and it splits. On Google, a customer who books the company every year for generator service said in February 2026 that it handles the job well. In an August 2025 review, another homeowner described T.K. Lyden redoing the electrical system in their entire house, and credited the crews with working in extreme conditions while staying on task and in contact throughout. Its BBB page, where it has held an A+ grade and been accredited since March 2021, also carries a review from a customer who would not recommend the company to anyone. The thing worth pinning down before you book is licensing. Massachusetts records for licence 21802 are active — but the registry names Nicola N Galante as the holder of record, not Lyden, so ask who the licensed electrician of record is on your job. This reads as a call for standby generator work and larger electrical projects in Central Massachusetts, with the repeat-customer pattern and the whole-house rewire as the strongest accounts on file. With only three reviews written about it, treat those accounts as a starting point rather than a settled verdict: confirm the licence covering your specific work, and get the scope and price in writing before the crew arrives.
